CoDance winner

Kristen, Giovanna, Abby and I left the CoDance competition / convention early so Kristen could get home before her husband had to leave on a business trip.  While we attended the awards for the solos and group routines, the last portion of the competition was a final awards ceremony.  This was what we missed.  I received a text from one of the dance teachers while we are at home.  It said that Abby had been awarded the Entertainer Award this year!  Abby won it last year as well.  I didn't think she would win it this year, just because I saw, over the course of the weekend, how many dancers there were (probably 300 +).  And, not just that, many were really good, entertaining to watch dancers.  Many people comment about Abby's good facial expressions and how she really gets into the music, but at this competition with so many people, it was hard to imagine that she would win it again.  But she did!  Apparently, during the routine for which she won it (jazz, naturally), one of the judges, Gregg Russell, said that she was "born to be on stage!"  The judges also talked about how they remembered her from last year.  Gregg Russell is an Emmy nominated choreographer who has appeared on many dance shows on TV and choreographed dances for several celebrities.   Stick a fork in me, I'm done!
