A Day in the Park

After church on Sunday we went to Patricia Allyn Park (or PAP as we call it), to have a picnic lunch. Donnie wanted to kick the soccer ball around with Jacob and the girls wanted to play at the park. PAP is the park where Jacob's soccer club practices and hosts games. The playground equipment is a new addition to the park. The kids enjoy playing there and indulge my picture taking tendencies while they are doing so.

Jacob played a little bit before hitting the soccer field with dad.

"My mom's making me climb this thing in a dress?" Sorry, sweetie, but I didn't want to make another outfit dirty and you girls were the cutest dressed there...

The look on her face says, "I know I'm not supposed to climb up the slide this way, but I'm almost at the top- what are you going to do about it?"
