1st Lacrosse game

Jacob played his first lacrosse game of the season on Sunday.  It was his team's third game; Jacob missed the first two because he was sick.  Sunday's weather was nice- breezy and in the 60's.  It was nice sitting outside (on bleachers even!) on a sunny afternoon and watching Jacob's team WIN!  They won 8 to 2, I believe.  Jacob scored a goal!  He didn't score at all last year, despite quite a few shots that the goalie stopped each time.  In this game, he took one shot and it went in.  He was really excited to score and I was so happy for him.  Donnie saw it too, since it happened in the second half.  Donnie only got to see about half of the game because he had taken Alyssa to Mason for her last indoor soccer training.   Donnie and Alyssa came straight from soccer to the lacrosse field to catch the second half.
