Gymnast-liss!

Alyssa had gymnastics class for the first time at Hand2Hand this  morning.  She loved it!  Her teacher is named Melissa and Abby has had her before as a teacher.  Melissa is so good with kids and it doesn't hurt that she thinks so highly of Abby :-).  There are only two kids registered for the class and the other child couldn't make it today so it was just Alyssa and Melissa.  Melissa was really impressed with the skills Alyssa has already (watching and trying to imitate your skilled older sister has paid off it seems!) and suggested that this class may not be challenging enough for her.  There is a more "advanced" young kids class that she may join.  For now, she's going to stay where she is. 

Before we left, Alyssa kept asking when it was time to go. She also said that I could take "two" pictures of her.  She is something else!  Of course, I took many more than the amount she allotted for me :-).

I love this picture of her.  It captures her attitude during the class.  She was constantly smiling and was practically giddy.  She giggled a ton.  It was so cute!
