Easter

We had an enjoyable Easter Sunday this past week. The kids dressed up for me twice- once on Saturday since I knew Sunday morning would be hectic and then of course on Easter. On Saturday, to sweeten the picture taking deal, I gave the kids their baskets then. Easter Sunday is usually a whirlwind and I wanted them to have some time to enjoy their baskets. After church on Sunday, we had brunch at Champs. We all made good brunch selections- no melt downs or disappointments with the food. After that, we went to Bev & Scott's house for dessert, an Easter egg hunt, and more basket distributions to the kids. We are blessed because of the Resurrection and having family with which to share the celebration.
