Boomerang Bay

Boomerang Bay is the name of the water park that's part of Kings Island. We hadn't all gone to the water park part of KI all year. Donnie left work about an hour early on Friday and we headed to Kings Island when after he arrived home. It was quite a walk from the parking lot to Boomerang Bay (which I attribute to my legs' extreme protest when I ran 16 miles the next morning) and we could only stay for a bit over an hour since BB closes four hours before the park closes. Donnie and Jacob rode several of the large water slide rides while I hung out with the girls in the shallow water pools and slides. After BB closed, we went to the regular part of the park and rode rides until the parked closed at 10:00. At 10:00, we watched the fireworks. We were all tired and ready to be home by the end!
